- Adding NiciraNvpCreateLogicalRouterCommandWrapper
   - Adding NiciraNvpDeleteLogicalSwitchPortCommandWrapper
   - Adding NiciraNvpFindLogicalSwitchPortCommandWrapper
   - Adding NiciraNvpUpdateLogicalSwitchPortCommandWrapper
   - Decoupling private methods from NiciraNvpResource
