Introduced new column format for volumes as per the hypervisor by joining the storage pool and cluster table. Since pre 4.2 storage pool will always have cluster id populated.

Devdeep Singh cd278cff44 CLOUDSTACK-4079: Made a change to make sure we are setting the hypervisor capabilities for storage motion to true. 
If an upgrade is taking place from an older setup which supported a hypervisor but not storage motion on that
hypervisor, the upgraded setup will not have the storage motion field enabled. Enabled it explicitly.

Prasanna Santhanam 12dacb34f0 Adding a sample configuration for the s3 enabled store 
This sample marvin configuration can be used to add an s3 backed object
store to cloudstack. You will have to replace the ACCESS_KEY/SECRET_KEY
and bucket endpoint (if not using aws) to match your credentials.
