Kris McQueen 187d89fce5 Refactoring listAlerts to the new API framework. This is now a BaseListCmd so it inherits keywork, page, and pagesize parameters. This also simplifies creating a Criteria object from the parameters, and then creating a search criteria from the criteria object.
