abhishek bae62f844d bug 8742,8216: reverting to use org vol's disk off id whilst creating vol from snapshot. alena 039b11b9ba 1) Added guestIpType to the network offering; create/listNetworkOffering apis got changed accordingly. 
2) Set traffic Type to be Guest for Direct/Virtual non-system default network offerings. Use this guestIpType during the network creation/implementation
