Kris McQueen 39038721a8 Refactoring deployVirtualMachine to new API framework. Since this is a rather complicated command with many steps, for now the way the logic is broken up between ManagementServer and UserVmManager and NetworkManager is preserved. alena f2a680ae66 1) Refactored DeleteIsoCmd api. 
2) Removed DeleteTemplateExecutor and DeleteTemplateParam files because deleteTemplate/deleteIso are not async commands
3) Cleaned up unused imports.
