alena	6b9603bc4c	bug 10561: intermidiate checkin for FirewallRuleFeature ... 1) Added new apis: createFirewallRule, deleteFirewallRule, listFirewallRules 2) Modified existing apis - added boolean openFirewall parameter to createPortForwardingRule/createIpForwardingRule/createRemoteAccessVpn.
