Rohit Yadav bf3a0d6085 appliance: remove 32bit systemvmtemplate definition 
Starting 4.5, we won't be using 32bit systemvmtemplate. Removing dead code as
it's already far behind in terms of maintenance compared to the 64bit definitions.

Rohit Yadav 77ed0c4b96 systemvm64template: use separate partition for /var/log 
/var/log fills up /var and fails operation of normal services. This fix
restricts /var/log to 100-200M. The fix for CLOUDSTACK-6885 tries to make sure
we don't keep a lot of logs.

Joris van Lieshout b8deb6ba3f volume /usr was sized to small and ends up being 100% full on SSVMs and CVMs. By juggling some partman-auto numbers the space gets devided more evenly. After this patch /usr should be around 80% full. I've also reduced the swap space because this makes no sense on virtual instances.

Joris van Lieshout bfccf439cf By preloading some modules we fix two things. 1. Some sysctl settings like ip_conntrack_max are not set during boot because the module is not loaded at that time. 2. Passive ftp does not work through iptables without these modules.

John Kinsella 45e4d4fc3b Summary: Updated sudoers approved commands for cloud user 
Detail: Previously the cloud user has full password-less sudo access.
This commit changes that to only allow access to a specific list of
commands. Been tested in production on ACS 4.0 and 4.2 mangement servers.
