* Unifiy License header in POMs
* Alphabetic order of modules definition
* Extract all defined versions into parent pom
* Remove obsolete files: version-info.in, configure-info.in

* Remove useless checkstyle plugin from checkstyle project

Renamed cloudstack-agent.logrotate to cloudstack-agent.logrotate.in,
so Ant will run the filterchain while copying.
This made the ant run copy block of cloudstack-agent.logrotate unnecessary,
so this is removed.

Moved the SprintUtils which is for testing only to be in test directory. Changed pom.xml for different projects to use the utils test-jar. Removed some @Component annotations. Moved majority of the dependencies from cloudstack pom to utils pom
