Wido den Hollander f6bc25f5d2 docs: Update the documentation for the database installtion. 
This adds more documentation about installing the MySQL database locally
or on an external node.

It also adds Ubuntu documentation.

Wido den Hollander 342481e603 docs: Add more Hypervisor and Management installation 
This commit also renames a lot of Management Server installation files to try to get
consistency in the naming of files.

It should make it easier to identify which files are for which section.
