Dave Cahill b1a5b63d9e Update Maven repo location for MidoNet dependencies 
The existing Maven repo in the POM will be unavailable soon, so I have
changed  it to cs-maven.midokura.com.

- Renamed MidokuraMidonet to MidoNet
- Related Jira ticket is CLOUDSTACK-996
