This feature is to enable the GPU-passthrough and vGPU functionality,
with the help of this feature, admins/users will be able to leverage
the GPU graphics unit power by deploying a virtul machine with GPU or
vGPU support or by changing the service offering of an existing VM
at any later point of time. There GPU/vGPU enabled VMs are able to run
graphical applications.
For now, this feature is only supported with XenServer hypervisor but
can be extended to add the support of other hypervisors.

CLOUDSTACK-5496 : Account included in ActionEvents is Project Account ID

When Action Events are generated and placed on the Event Bus, an
"account" parameter is included with the event. When these events are
generated for resources within projects, this "account" parameter is not
useful as it's the UUID of the project account, instead of the project.
To solve this, I updated ActionEventsUtil class to include a "project"
parameter in the generated events when the resource is being
changed/add/deleted in a project.

vxlan code. Users can set a physical network to isolation type 'vxlan',
put public traffic on that physical network, and it will still attempt
to use 'vlan' isolation on the KVM hosts. This is going to be an issue
for other isolation types as well, but I'm not familiar with them, so
I'm just fixing vxlan for now.

Add assumtion on OpenJDK for tests that build on JCE

This patch adds an assumption that OpenJDK is used in some of the tests.
OpenJDK detection utility also added. By specifying -Dcloudstack.jce.enabled=true in the test parameters the OpenJDK detection can be overridden.

- all tests are @Test rather than having one test to call them, so they can be run one by one
- tests that expect exception from a method fail if there is none
- no longer extends TestCase so that the original method names could be kept as test
Implementation:
- include root cause in exceptions when possible - helps at troubleshuting
- close readers

This patch implements the SSL offload feature for loadbalancers
and includes the implementaion for this to work with Netscaler.
The following are the new API's that this patch adds
uploadSslCert
deleteSslCert
listSslCert
assignCertToLoadBalancer
removeCertFromLoadBalancer
Unit tests are also included in the patch.

Added an api call to import all the ldap users to the same domains(ou's) in cloudstack

TODO:
1. error handling of no domains present, nested hierarchy
2. handling the case when the api call fails for a specific user/users
3. test cases for LdapUserManager

Made all resource details DAOs (nic_details, user_vm_details, template_details, volume_details, service_offering_details) extend from the same base class as although details are being stored in diff tables, those tables have the same structure and same accessors.

* changed name for TaggedResourceType enum to ResourceObjectType as this enum is used both by ResourceMetaData and ResourceTags code
* enhanced the enum with extra fields resourceTagsSupport (boolean) and metadataSupport identifying if the resource supports tags and/or metadata.
* cleanup unused @Inject objects from the ResourceMetaDataManager

New Transaction API

Introduction of a new Transaction API that is more consistent with the style
of Spring's transaction managment. The existing Transaction class was renamed
to TransactionLegacy. All of the non-DAO code in the management server has been
updated to use the new Transaction API.

CLOUDSTACK-4168 Root Admin should be able to create 'ExplicitDedication' affinity group at domain level and make it available for all accounts in the domain
...
Changes:
- 'ExcplicitDedication' type of group can be created/deleted by Root admin only
- Users can no longer create this type of affinity group
- RootAdmin can create this type of affinitygroup at domain level. Such a domain level group is available for all accounts in that domain for listing and for use during deployVM.
- The domain level affinitygroup should be visible to the users in that domain, domain admins and Root admin.

CLOUDSTACK-4566: fix incorrect values in resource_count table for resource limitation

There are three issues in resource_count table
(1) expunge a vm, the public_ip decreases and becomes -1 in basic zone.
(2) recover a vm, the volume increase.
(3) restore a vm, the volume decrease.

Fixed the problem with offerings and templates. These two items due to a previous patch all the way back in 2.1.x versions uses the removed column incorrectly. No one fixed since then. Hence, there's a bunch of findbyidincludingremoved calls in the cloudstack code around these two items.
