Likitha Shetty ddcb3d7b30 CS-14770. ec2-run-instances and ec2-describe-instances don't return keypair information. 
Changing CS deployVirtualMachine and listVirtualMachine api response to include ssh keypair information.
Component: AWSAPI.

Ragnar B. Johannsson 3e59707dd2 Added user_vm_details table and corresponding access objects. 
Moved saved encrypted passwds for getVMPassword API cmd to this new table.
Removed SSH keypair id from UserVm - only public key is needed.
