bug 8887 : Stats Calculation Improvement - Storage stats wont update DB anymore and would be kept "in memory" just like other stats. For the listCapacityCmd which consumes it (sec. storage used and primary storage used) this would be constructed using the in memory maps rather than DB which wont have sec storage and primary storage used in the DB anymore.

bug 7433: In case of multiple zones deleting a tempate from a zone doesn't prevent a user from selecting it to deploy the VM in the same zone. It was still visible in the listTemplates. Made change to check for template_zone_ref and template_host_ref removed and destroyed columns. During deployVM disallow a vm to be deployed from a template that has been removed in the zone.

bug 7105: improvements to editZone. Now you can add more vlan ranges to the existing set, as long as the range addition is additive in nature. eg. 400-410 can be changed to 398-410/400-412/200-800 as all these are additive in nature

bug 8279: In the recreatable case, we considered the vm fenced off and restarted it elsewhere. That causes the vm sync to think the vm is in stopped state for which there is no StopCommand sent. We now cleanup the halted vms in this situation.

after MS restart or one MS crash, in markHostsAsDisconnected, all hosts managed by this MS are marked at Dieconnected, and lastping is set to curent time minus 10 minutes, to make sure reconnect happen within 1 minute

Code changes and schema changes for adding/updating hostTags for hosts and serviceOffering. New local storage allocator 'HostTagBasedLocalStoragePoolAllocator' is added to search for storage pools that have associated hosts having the specified host tag.

bug 5942 : On Dashboard we account for only running vm's CPU and memory but while actual vm creation we also account for stopped / destroyed vm's within the skip counting hours. Made code change so that both of them call the same functionality to check for CPU and memory capacity.
