abhishek 0b74b3d684 bug 6384: The bug is a synchronization issue on the domr lock, when 2 vms simultaneoulsy try to acquire a lock. One acquires, and the other times out. This should happen very infrequently, and in case it does, we are returning back an apt error with the request to retry the same operation again
