This PR introduces several features and fixes some bugs:
- account tags feature
- fixed resource tags bugs which happened during tags search (found wrong entries because of mysql string to number translation - see #905, but this PR does more and fixes also resource access - vulnerability during list resource tags)
- some marvin improvements (speed, sanity)
Improved resource tags code:
1. Enhanced listTags security
2. Added support for account tags (account tags are required to support tags common for all users of an account)
3. Improved the tag management code (refactoring and cleanup)
Marvin:
1. Fixed Marvin wait timeout between async pools. To decrease polling interval and improve CI speed.
2. Fixed /tmp/ to /tmp in zone configuration files.
3. Fixed + to os.path.join in log class.
4. Fixed + to os.path.join in deployDataCenter class.
5. Fixed typos in tag tests.
6. Modified Tags base class delete method.
Deploy Datacenter script:
1. Improved deployDatacenter. Added option logdir to specify where script places results of evaluation.
ConfigurationManagerImpl:
1. Added logging to ConfigurationManagerImpl to log when vlan is not found. Added test stubs for tags. Found accidental exception during simulator running after CI.
tests_tags.py:
1. Fixed stale undeleted tags.
2. Changed region:India to scope:TestName.
1. Removed XenServerGuestOsMemoryMap from CitrixHelper.java
This java file was holding a static in memory map named XenServerGuestOsMemoryMap. This was the source for xenserver dynamic memory values(max and min). These values were moved to guest_os_details table.
2. DAO layer was modified to access these values.
3. VirtualMachineTo object was modified to populate the dynamic memory values.
4. addGuestOs and UpdateGuestOS api has been modified to update memory values.

Problem: All the hosts suitable for VM Migration are not shown in the UI. This could
confuse the user as the target host might never be shown in the UI.
Root Cause: The API (findHostsForMigration) always returned page 1 results which would
be always <= default.page.size global parameter. Therefore, in case of large
no. of hosts where the result can map to multiple pages, this issue would arise.
Solution: 1. Replace drop-down with listView widget.
2. Allow lazy-loading of records on listView's scroll.
3. Show additional parameters (CPU/Memory used) to assist admin in decision making.
4. Provide 'Search by host name' to limit the results.
Added change where if there are no hosts found, an empty row with message will
appear.
- The code was hard to maintain because updating a host or all the hosts in a cluster was handled in the same method
- Created updateHost and updateCluster password in both ResourceManager and ManagementServer interfaces/classes
- The chck for whihc method to use is done in the API level
- Started adding the support for KVM host passwd update
No API changes are needed and it will be backwards compatible.

During cold volume migration we are duplicating volume entry in volumes table.
When migration is complete, we update the uuid of new entry and expunge the older entry.
This results in removal of resource tags on volume as its resource id still pointing to older volume.
As part of fix while updating uuid for volume, we are updating resource_id for tags also.
This closes#194
Add APIs for ability to add new guest OS types, and their hypervisor specific mappings.
The table guest_os_hypervisor is currently maintained but not used, and the APIs reuse the same

* changed name for TaggedResourceType enum to ResourceObjectType as this enum is used both by ResourceMetaData and ResourceTags code
* enhanced the enum with extra fields resourceTagsSupport (boolean) and metadataSupport identifying if the resource supports tags and/or metadata.
* cleanup unused @Inject objects from the ResourceMetaDataManager
Changes:
- Locking the group and save reservation mechanism done by DPM
- Added admin operation to cleanup VM reservations
- DPM will also cleanup VM reservations on startup
