Brian Federle 0194ca1954 Projects UI: fix dialog 
Remove closeOnEscape from $(':ui-dialog') option calls, as they cause
JS errors breaking the projects UI. closeOnEscape is already defined
when the dialog is initialized, so these don't need to be defined
again.
