Rohit Yadav 057ad2b7d9 usage: return guest OS uuid, guest OS name, category ID and name (#4755) ... This fixes the ostype ID returned in listUsageRecords API response to be uuid instead of internal DB ID and also returns the os category ID (uuid) and name.
