Detail: Maven will now compile, install and deploy marvin using the
developer profile
$ mvn -P developer
compile - compiles the cloudstackAPI
package - packages the marvin source distributable
deploy - installs using pip (reqd python 2.7) the Marvin package in to
site-packages/
