The new scripts are using standard python packages only. Includes extensive unit test. resources/META-INF/cloudstack/kvm-compute	Fix the NPE tht was being caught by the executeRequest() method. - The LibvirtUtilitiesHelper should have been injected, but it did not work on the Agent side.
