Rene Moser a45f0e29e2 systemvm: fix/improve irqbalance on multicore VR. ... This is a known issue in irqbalance 1.0.3 and was partially fixed in 1.0.4. Using the package 1.0.6 from wheezy backports helped on many VRs balancing the interrupts, but not on all.
