CLOUDSTACK-3317 - DVS does not support management\storage network Added support for Management and Storage Network traffic over VMware DVS in CloudStack deployments. Also added support for storage VLAN over dvPortGroup. Updated configuration compare logic to avoid update dvportgroup operation unless required. This would help improve speed in vm/network deployment as the update calls would reduce. Also improved logging.
