nit 6256c88be6 bug 9724 : ListEvents API - add granularity till the hours, minutes and seconds level. The new format that startDate and endDate expect are yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss. To honour backward compatibility these parameters can also be in the old format yyyy-MM-dd. I have added this to the parameter documentation.
