Prachi Damle 9514c9e045 CLOUDSTACK-6349: IAM - No error message presented to the user , when 
invalid password is provided.

- AccountManager now works using accountId instead of accountType in
following methods too:
- isResourceDomainAdmin()
- isAdmin()
