Chirag Jog b91d919e55 This commit contains the following items: ... 1. Reduce dependency on settings. (It should be able to run in any environment). 2. Simplify clean up by creating accounts in setup and deleting the account in teardown. 3. Check the list_XXX calls instead of querying the database.
