Sateesh Chodapuneedi 7234af6258 CLOUDSTACK-5661 [VMware] DetachIsoCmd succeeds even though cdrom is locked by VM as cdrom is mounted 
DetachISO is succeeding even though detach opeartion is failing as cdrom is locked by VM as it was mounted inside VM.
Detect if cdrom is locked or not. If locked fail detach operation and warn user to unmount before detaching the iso/cdrom device.

Ashutosh K 95b5202ef3 CLOUDSTACK-4820: Remove netacl check from test_01_wait_network_gc 
From 4.2, network ACLs are no longer associated with a single network.
Multiple tiers within a VPC can share the same ACL.
Due to this, ACLs should not be cleaned up during network GC.

Santhosh Edukulla 1190abd4ca Enhanced few features under Marvin 
Added few enhancements to marvin.
Added new module for Logging Facility to marvin.
Added new Init facility to marvin.
Currently, there are multiple ways we are doing logging
Removed few unwanted logging cases.
Removed few command line switch options for logging.
The new way of logging now provides consolidated logging
under one single folder timestamped under the configured
folder path.
Removed parsing configuration from deploydata center
Added parsing,start logging and deploy as part of init
Added new error handling facility to catch unknown exception from
test cases. Currently, lot of scripts are throwing unknown
exceptions, add a handler to plugin to dump them to a file

ToDO:
Will do clean up in phase2 for this patch.
Separate deployDatacenter from creating test client.
Clean up configGenerator
