Devdeep Singh 5a96307fbf Changes for allowing migration of a vm on hyperv. Migration was blocked in cloudstack for hyperv. 
Enabled it. Also updated the agent code to allow hyperv migration.

Show the 3 new fields when selected compute offerings is custom. Hide them otherwise.
