Wido den Hollander ea46ece88d debian: Make maven a build dependency 
We require at least Maven 3.0.4 for building the Debian packages.

This is available in Debian Testing and Ubuntu 12.04

Chip Childers a9f69dadce CLOUDSTACK-26 and CLOUDSTACK-47: Removing *.war, *.jar, and deps/awsapi-lib/rampart-lib/*.txt files. 
I realize that this might be destructive to the stability of the
tree, but these files have to be removed.

I tested the build, and it appears to still function without any of these
binary files being in the source tree.

Rohit Yadav e5a16f40cd CLOUDSTACK-70: Improve Network Restart Behaviour for Basic Zone: Restarting Network Fails 
If cleanup=true, removes all VRs and creates VR, implements network.
If cleanup=false, skips running VRs, implements network for stopped/deleted VRs.

Wido den Hollander f2416367e2 waf: Remove debuild, build with dpkg-buildpackage 
Call dpkg-buildpackage to build the packages

WAF no prints an error when ./waf deb is being called so users know
they have to use dpkg-buildpackage

Before calling dpkg-buildpackage maven has to be called to install the
JAR dependencies!
